P1 extension module universal Cedel

Various types of devices can be connected to the smart meter, for example, for monitoring. However, the smart meter is not always located near the device to be connected. If the distance becomes too great (usually 20+ meters), the signal becomes too weak, and not all P1 messages will arrive correctly.
With the Cedel P1 Extension Modules, you can easily bridge this distance using a standard network (UTP) cable. The set consists of a P1 user module and a Smart meter module. You connect the Smart meter module to your smart meter with a P1 cable. Then, you connect a network cable with a length of up to 100 meters to the module. Finally, at the other end, you connect the P1 user module and connect it to your device. No further configuration is required. 

Suitable for all smart meters with the DSMR 4 protocol and newer, but also works with SMR and ESMR meters.
